Found in 1994 as Buffalo Tours, TMG has been a pioneer in Asia’s travel and hospitality sector. Over the past three decades, the group has evolved into a dynamic enterprise offering a wide range of travel and hospitality solutions, which developed VivuConnect (VC) one of the first DMC systems 15 years ago.
 

Initially built as an internal reservation system, VC has transformed into a comprehensive, tech-driven ecosystem that serves and connects external customers, including tour operators, hospitality groups, and travel agents of all sizes. When we first signed a contract with a major UK customer, the process from request to booking was slow. Lengthy back-and-forth communication and cumbersome manual workflows caused significant delays, making it difficult to deliver the swift service our customer needed.

Our automated solution, using an API connection between the VVJ system and the customer system, efficiently manages hotel booking requests. It enables seamless communication between customers, reservation teams, and suppliers, with real-time notifications and confirmations. At present, we offer support in English and Vietnamese. However, we are actively working on expanding our language support to include Chinese and Korean to better serve our partners.

Currently, we provide content in English and Vietnamese. We are planning to extend our support to include Chinese and Korean languages to accommodate a broader range of partners.

For transactions within Vietnam, please use the Vietnamese Dong (VND). For international transactions, we recommend using the US Dollar (USD) for consistency and convenience.

Our API is configured with a timeout setting of 60 seconds to ensure timely responses and maintain optimal system performance.

To ensure fair usage and system stability, we limit the maximum number of requests to 100 per minute.
